The one thing I’ve learned about progress is you have to be patient. It won’t happen overnight, but over many nights. And one day you’ll wake up and see it. The flatness of your tummy. The definition of your back. The power in your legs. The perk in your butt. It’s a long, frustrating process, but as long as you remain patient and persist, progress will happen.

My ass is gonna burn so bad after this workout… You heard it here first

Let’s just ignore my dog chillen out in the background, k?

I kept last year’s resolution… Keeping it up this year, too.

Post 5K body

And some leg love, too! Loving how toned up my thighs are finally getting!

Gettin’ places

Basically when I stopped worrying about whether or not I had a thigh gap…I got a thigh gap.
But in all seriousness, having a thigh gap is so minuscule compared to all the other progress I have made. It really shouldn’t be a goal…just an added bonus along the way. :)

Am I the only person who finds it incredibly comfortable to lay down with my legs up like I’d or..

Whoever says just doing running/cardio won’t build any muscle can enjoy the tingling sensation of my running shoes up their asses.
