The one thing I’ve learned about progress is you have to be patient. It won’t happen overnight, but over many nights. And one day you’ll wake up and see it. The flatness of your tummy. The definition of your back. The power in your legs. The perk in your butt. It’s a long, frustrating process, but as long as you remain patient and persist, progress will happen.

Post workout! 3 miles of hills & a crazy legs/butt workout… Couldn’t even make it up the stairs after I had to crawl!

My ass is gonna burn so bad after this workout… You heard it here first
